A fresh way to keep moving forward

Doing the same routine again and again can make movement feel like another task. But constantly choosing new exercises can leave your practice without direction.

Great in Nature gives you the best of both: fresh sequences that keep movement interesting while staying aligned with your experience, goals, and preferences.

Same intention. A different way to move.

THE GREAT IN NATURE METHOD

Movement without labels

We don’t believe one movement practice has all the answers. Great in Nature brings together elements of yoga, Pilates, mobility, strength, and functional movement to create a practice that responds to how your body feels today. Every practice is thoughtfully sequenced—not assembled at random. Movements are selected and ordered to prepare your body, support the focus of the session, and bring the practice to a gradual close.

1

WARM UP Ease into movement

Begin gently, mobilising the body and gradually increasing movement.
2

PREPARE Activate what you’ll use

Targeted movements prepare the muscles and movement patterns involved in the main part of your practice.
3

MOVE Build into your main practice

Progress through a balanced sequence shaped by your experience, focus, goal, and available time.
4

WIND DOWN Finish with intention

The intensity gradually decreases, giving you time to slow down and complete your practice calmly.

About

Created by a teacher,
for every body

My journey into movement — yoga, mobility, strength training, and beyond — began with a doctor's diagnosis for osteochondrosis and thyroid issues caused by stress.

I turned to yoga to strengthen my body and calm my mind, and quickly became deeply connected to the practice. What started as "I should probably take care of myself" turned into a lifelong practice — and eventually, my work.

I trained as a Vinyasa yoga teacher (200 YTT) and a Yin yoga teacher (90 YTT). For more than six years, I've been continuously deepening my understanding of the human body — movement, muscles, bones, fascia, and how everything works together.

My focus is simple: to help both myself and others move better and feel better in everyday life.

More recently, as I entered my 40s, I began studying menopause and how movement can support this transition. I now integrate this knowledge into my work, helping others navigate this stage of life with more strength, awareness, and ease.
